Taylor Swift grew up in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania and is a self-taught singer and songwriter. In 2006, Taylor released her self-titled debut album, Taylor Swift. She wrote or co-wrote every song on the album, which produced five hit singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. In 2008, Taylor released her second album, Fearless, which has produced #1 singles on both Billboard's Pop and Country Radio charts. The album spent more weeks at #1 on Billboard's all-genre Top 200 chart than any album in the past decade. She has won numerous awards including the 2009 Country Music Award for Entertainer of the Year and the Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 2010. Taylor had a cameo in Hannah Montana: The Movie and appeared as Samantha Kenny in the 2010 movie Valentine's Day.
