Allison "Sonny" Munroe is a talented teen who after putting some of her funny videos online, was invited to join the cast of the sketch show 'So Random.' Sonny and her mom relocate to California and Sonny has to do her best to fit in with the cast. Tawni Hart is the star of the show and the last thing she wants is the new girl stealing her spotlight. The rest of the cast includes the quirky and original Zora, the confident and cool Nico and his sidekick, the gregarious, fearless Grady. Sony also meets Chad Dylan Cooper, star of the popular drama 'MacKenzie Falls,' who she quickly finds out is the rival cast to hers.

The show stars Demi Lovato, Tiffany Thornton, Sterling Knight, Brandon Mychal Smith, Doug Brochu and Allisyn Ashley Arm.
