The 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid' series follows Greg Heffley as he writes about his middle school experiences.

The first book is about Greg, his best friend Rowley and a sinister piece of cheese that sits on the blacktop of the playground. 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid' was released as a movie in March of 2010.

The second book, 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Roderick Rules' is about Greg, his older brother Roderick and the school talent show. The movie hits theaters March 25, 2011.
