Final Grade: A+
How lucky were Natasha Bedingfield (pictured left) and Joss Stone (pictured right)? They got to party up with Prince William and Prince Harry (we HEART Harry!) at the recent concert for their mother. When you party with royalty you have to look GREAT, and these girls did. Joss has amazing, thick hair and the darker color with the magenta highlights is beautiful. And, Natasha stayed simply stylish.

Final Grade: C
We miss the old Amanda Bynes, the one who looked like the nice and simple girl next door. That Amanda has been replaced by a more glam Amanda. And we don't think glam in this case is a good thing. There's just something off, her hair looks too processed, her face too made up. Even the length and curl of her hairstyle just seems out of place.

We absolutely adore Katie Holmes' new shorter hair. The 'do is very fresh and really reminds us of the Katie of yesteryear! Our favorite thing about short hair like this, is its ability to be either simple or chic.

We liked Jessica Alba's overall upswept hairdo. It looked professional and pretty. It was just odd seeing her in such a polished 'do, Jessica usually prefers a more casual approach to style.

Logan Browning looked beautiful at the red carpet premiere for the 'Bratz' movie. We loved her loosely-curled hair and how it cascaded down past her shoulders. The style was perfect for her and we didn't see an ounce of brattiness in her!

We LOVE Ashley Tisdale's streaky highlights. Even though they don't look 100% natural we like the golden blonde chunks and how they mesh with her natural, darker hair. The look is so much prettier then the all over golden blonde hue she had before!

We feel like a broken record, how many times can we accuse Ashley Olsen of looking like a grandmother? But she does. This hairstyle is just so odd and messy. And the part down the middle with the sections falling in her face are just so old school. We saw pictures of her inside with sister Mary-Kate with her hair pulled back and she looked so much better. Oh well!

We are smitten with America Ferrara's casual, yet adorable, style. She has a great confidence about her and she looked amazing with this simple pulled back hair style. We wish more of Hollywood would learn from her example. We know what we see is what we will get with this leading lady.

We've seen Ashley Tisdale have her highs and lows in fashion and hair. But she's soaring pretty high right now. We love the simplicity of this updo and even though it looks a bit messy, it pulls off a nice, polished approach to her style. We were shocked to see so much of her roots, but the updo dramatically downplays their appearance.

Whether you go all over brown or just add low lights, the best haircolor for fall is always brown. Speaking of brown, Eva Longoria rocked her deep, chestnut locks in a loose wave on the red carpet. We like this casual style and absolutely ADORE the color. We pray Eva never tries to go blond!

Mis-red Lips
Final Grade: I
For the first time ever we are unable to grade someone on their hair effort. Miley Cyrus' shocking red lips are just too much of a distraction for us and we are required to give her an "I" for incomplete. Ms. Cyrus, please return to your dressing room and change your makeup. Maybe then we can actually focus on your hair!

We are honestly indifferent to Emma Watson's newly colored hair. The whitish-blond color doesn't look bad on her at all and we like how it makes her brown eyes pop. The color looks natural and overall adds a nice dimension to little Ms. Watson.

We are HUGE fans of Vanessa Hudgens' casual-cool braided style. The headbands on the top of her head are very bohemian chic and the long, loose braid reminds us of Pocahontas giving her overall look a very earthy feel.

We've always loved Zac Efron's casual cool style. But this hairstyle is anything but -- it's polished and styled and we detest it! The cut and color would be cute ... on a GIRL! Zac, dear please go back to letting your hair do it's own thing! PLEASE!

We really do like Joss Stone's dark hair it looks great on her, but we have to admit that we miss the funky color addition. She appears to have rinsed out the pinkish/purplish color and the result is a bit bland. We're hoping she'll pop up with another cool color soon!

Bad Girl Gone Back to Good
Final Grade: A
If Rihanna was trying to show us how bad she was, this hair falls short, literally! But we LOVE LOVE LOVE it. The cute, tightly wound curls look great on her and the short length is extremely flattering. And Rihanna knows her style stuff, case in point her red lips. The curls almost eclipse her pretty face but the deep red lips bring focus back to it.

We've missed Jordin Sparks. After 'American Idol' she took a break from red carpet events, no doubt to focus on her album. But now that the album is done and set to be released on Nov. 20, she's back. And she looks FABULOUS! We love her long black locks and how the loose waves cascade around her face.
