KOLYouAskIt: Cherilyn**** has a little question, where do you live? When you were little where did you want to live?
MK: out of my suitcase.
MK: haha... kidding... sometimes it feels that way
MK: I live btwn NY and LA. I travel btwn both cities 4 work.
MK: When I was younger I wanted to live somewhere exotic
MK: like morocco or on an island
KOLYouAskIt: NManda**** wonders, Mary-Kate are you still making movies? I am really looking forward to seeing you and your sister Ashley acting together.
MK: Ash and I are concentrating on our individual acting careers
MK: I'm reading lots of scripts and hoping to find my next project soon.
MK: it has been nice to have a little break
KOLYouAskIt: Teansy**** wants some advice. I have a problem in my class a classmate is talking behind my back and she's telling her (good) friend and I really do not like it. What should I do? (And plus she's a real true meanie)
MK: I'm str8 forward so if it were me, I would ask your classmate if there is something she would like to tell you.
MK: tell her what u've heard
MK: ask to hear her side of things
MK: get the truth out in the open so rumors don't start
MK: u'll feel better getting it off your chest
KOLYouAskIt: Wilbu**** wonders, Are you opening any cosmetic lines or have you already
MK: we do have a cosmetic line :)
MK: its available at wal-mart, claire's and shopmary-kateandashley.com & starting in May in local drug stores.
MK: everything from bronzer, eye shadows, eye liners to mascara, lip gloss, etc.
MK: I LOVE our Juicy Shine lip gloss in Vanilla Icing.
MK: It's yummy- you MUST try it.
KOLYouAskIt: Juliet**** needs your help. Hey, Mary-Kate. My name is Hilda. I'm 11 years old I like some guys but they're all "too old for me" my mom says. Why do I keep crushing on boys how are too old for me?
MK: girls tend to mature faster than guys...
MK: its natural 2 like older guys but...
MK: your mom is just looking out for you
MK: that's what moms r 4 :)
KOLYouAskIt: Di**** has an interesting question. Is it true that you are a lefty??? I always felt so alone until I heard that... Is that just someone saying that, or are you actually left-handed???
MK: I am left handed.
MK: I heard somewhere that only 7% of people are left handed
MK: I don?t know if that's true...
MK : but its cool to be unique :)
KOLYouAskIt: StarburstAl**** asks, Do love being a star!!!! and having a twin sister?????
MK: I loooooove Ashley...
MK: I don't know what I would do without her.
MK: she is my rock- she knows how to cheer me up if I'm having a bad day.
MK: and sharing closets is great
MK: double the wardrobe...
MK: double the shoes...
MK: double the bags :)
KOLYouAskIt: LilFarmGir**** wonders What is You favorite thing to do on Saturday nights?
MK: I enjoy dinner with friends...
MK: either go to a restaurant or have a dinner party
MK: and then dancing or karaoke
MK: I can sing for HOURS :)
KOLYouAskIt: MLMcheerch**** wants to know, What's your favorite food?
MK: hmmmm...
MK: well I'm snacking on almonds and carrots right now
MK: that's my standard snack
MK: I can never pass up sushi
MK: spicy tuna hand rolls are my fave :)
KOLYouAskIt: Chelly**** wants to know the basics, like, On Full House, who played Michelle mostly?
MK: ash and I shared scenes
MK: we always fought over who got the food scenes.
MK: if I had the last ice cream scene- Ashley would get the cupcake scene, etc.
KOLYouAskIt: What is your favorite TV show(s)?
MK: america's next top model
KOLYouAskIt: Out of you and Ashley, who is older?
MK: Ash is older by 2 min.
KOLYouAskIt: TSBpitch**** asks, Do you and your sister, Ashley have the same personality, or close to the same personality?
MK: we tend to share the same goals and ideas
MK: but different ways of going about it
MK: when we work on business projects- I like the creative part and small details
MK: and ash thinks more "big picture". Ash is super smart.
KOLYouAskIt: Dadslilcntr**** wonders, When you and Ashley were in elementary, were you two ever in the same class or were you separated?
MK: sometimes we were in the same class
MK: but most of the time we were separated
KOLYouAskIt: Beachbabe*** is dying to know, When you and Ashley were little did the crew of Full House ever get you two mixed up??? MK: of course- especially when we were babies
MK: when we started talking we would tell them who was who
