Antonia Diego was raised in the prison system because of his father being a revolutionary. He spent most of his time in the gym and the library educating himself. He eventually found the dangerous drug Venom that increased his strength but was also extremely addictive. He broke Batman's back in the comic 'Kightfall' and is one of the few foes that has ever actually scared him.
