'S.O.S.'

When Rihanna debuted with her dance hit, 'Pon de Replay,' many thought that she was a one-hit wonder. But the following summer, Rihanna raised the bar with her follow-up song, 'S.O.S.' I know that the track just came out last summer, but it's so hot that it's going to be my summer jam again for this year.

'Quit Playin' Games With My Heart'

My fave has to be 'Quit Playin' Games With My Heart' by the Backstreet Boys. It reminds me of the seven times I saw the boys during their summer tours. Hopefully I can relive my past and see them again soon, but for now I'll be going to these Hot Summer Concerts! -Intern Ilaina

I used to be the BIGGEST Hanson fan, and after their hit-single 'Mmmbop,' the band released a song called 'Where's The Love?' during the summer. My friends and I used to listen to the radio waiting for the song to come on, and when it did, we'd go nuts!

My two fave summer songs are 'Summer Lovin' from 'Grease' (my generations 'High School Musical'), since it's all about a summer romance, and 'Parents Just Don't Understand' by Will Smith because they used to play that the morning of visiting day at my sleepover camp.

Even though Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera became the most famous Mickey Mouse Club members, my guilty pleasure is 'Summer Vacation' by The Party (a Mickey Mouse Club band)! Sadly I can still sing AND rap EVERY word and it totally makes me feel like a star-struck teenager all over again.

I like 'Summer Girls' by LFO, because the video was set on the beach and was about the summer. My friends and I rocked out to that song during the many days we spent at the pool. We used to fight over which band member was the cutest. I liked the blond one!
