America Ferrera started acting when she was only eight years old. She has appeared in films, TV shows and even plays. She is most widely known for her appearances in 'The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' and of course, 'Ugly Betty.' In 2007, she even won the Golden Globe award for Best Performance by an Actress in a TV series!
