Increase your activity level and get healthier. Talk to your parents about what sports and outdoor activity you'd like to do.

To start on a new fitness plan you need to just start moving more. Dance, walk, ride a bike, swim and try a sport. Kick a soccer ball around or shoot some hoops in a park near your house. Find out how you can become a part of the President's Challenge.
