Orange Carpet Wrap Up: KCAs 2009

Keke looked great in her gray, silky dress. It's very simple, but classy. The shorter length makes it youthful. We also really like the neckline. Keke was definitely working it.

Cameron Diaz
We love the top half of Cameron's outfit. The sleeveless shirt with polka dots is really fun and the belt gives her some shape. What we don't love is the torn-up jeans. First, it doesn't seem to go with the top and second, it seems like a lot of rips for a pair of pants being worn on TV. It takes away from the look.

Jesse McCartney
Applause for JMac... he was lookin' stylin' at the KCAs. The suit is very nice and looks crisp. The thin black tie works well and is in style now. We also really like the blue shirt under the suit. It works!

Megan Fox
The 'Transformers' star was dressed perfectly for the KCAs. It was a funky look but nothing too dressy. We liked all parts of the outfit from her cool open-toed shoes to the black cropped jacket.

Miranda Cosgrove
Miranda's dress was cute. The short length with the tool sticking out made it feel more youthful. We like the black and white pattern and belt but the neckline and puffy sleeves were only so-so. The shoes also helped give the dress a younger feel.

The Jonas Brothers
We have to say we like what Joe, Nick and Kevin were sporting on the orange carpet. Usually the three of them together don't match at all, but this time they complemented each other nicely. And just like Megan Fox, it was just the right look for the awards. The one thing we would lose is the scarf.

Miley Cyrus
We are torn on Miley's dress. The color looks good with her skin tone and the neckline is flattering for her. What we aren't sure about is the layers of what looks like toilet paper. If there had been less of the layers and some straight parts (like Megan Fox's top) we might have liked it better.

Paula Abdul
Ugh, Paula, what were you thinking? You look like you should be in the 80s. The ripped top, the arm gloves/lace, all the long jewelry, and her hair in the funky side ponytail.. all very Madonna in her early days. It didn't work for us.

So here's another look we just don't get. Black/grayish jeans with a blue jean jacket with a bow tie and handkerchief? It's just plain weird and those boots look like he should go on a space walk. Pete, didn't Ashley help you get dressed?

Vanessa Hudgens
We should call Vanessa punk girl. We hope it was warm that day in LA because her outfit doesn't exactly protect one from the cold. The overall look works for us, it just doesn't seem right for the KCAs.
