We just can't make up our minds about this dress. While parts of the dress are nice (mostly the bottom), the top part reminds us of the wrapper of a Hershey's Kiss. And the big bubble-like thing on the shoulder is strange. The design of the silver makes it look like someone just randomly pulled off parts of the wrapper. We have seen Beyonce in much nicer dresses.

Back to the Future

Kayne West performed in this futuristic outfit so we will cut him a break. It's not like it was his outfit for the night. We thought for the song he sang and the way they staged it, it was appropriate. The glowing parts looked pretty cool. We feel like he should be a toy soldier in the year 2020.
