We're always impressed with Carrie Underwood's red carpet style. This shimmery, neutral-colored dress was very flattering on her. And her killer, sky-high heels really accentuated her great legs!

All the Frills
Demi Lovato also opted for a neutral-colored dress but hers didn't quite work like Carrie Underwood's. Because of Demi's pale skin the dress almost got lost on her tiny frame. We did love the adorned neckline though.

Graham's Great
Aubrey Graham, also known as "Drake," looked happily adorable on the red carpet at the American Music Awards. His pin-stripe suit was a great choice and we love that he opted to smile instead of the pre-requisite rapper scowl.

Fergie's zip-up dress was scorching hot! We've seen Fergie push the envelope with her style before, but this dress was well played all around!

Bedazzled Beauty
We just weren't fans of Kelly Clarkson's red carpet appearance at all. This dress wasn't very flattering and her dark hose and boring pumps just didn't do it for us. On a positive note, her makeup looked great though.

Kris Allen, we had to shake our heads at your red carpet attire. From the waist up, we actually were digging the style, but the stovepipe pants were just a bad choice and ended up killing the entire ensemble.

Leona Goes Gaga
This dress looked more like a Lady Gaga choice than one Leona Lewis would pick out. The strange pointy top and bubble skirt left us confused. Just what was she going for?

With Some Flare
We actually adored Paula Abdul's pretty, lacy, mermaid-style dress. It was very flattering on her and really stood out. Our only complaint was she was overdressed compared to other celeb ensembles.

Shine On
Selena Gomez got it right with that dress. The disco-ball effect was shiny and fun and showed her youthfulness. Her strappy shoes wouldn't have been our first choice, however.

Not So A-Peeling
There are several things wrong with this outfit! From the crazy platform shoes to the triangle cutouts at the hem of the dress, we were almost at a loss for words. But we have to give it to Shakira, because something about her bright, smiling face helps us forgive all the faux pas!
