May 17, 2009 - Linebrink suffered his first blown save in two seasons, giving up two runs in the eighth inning in a 2-1 loss in Toronto.
Sep 01, 2008 - After throwing a simulated game on Monday, Linebrink was activated from the 15-day disabled list, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Aug 30, 2008 - Linebrink is scheduled to pitch a simulated game on Monday, and that appears to be all that is keeping him from returning to the White Sox, according to the team's official Web site. His shoulder problem has kept him out of action since July 22.
