Oct 22, 2009 - Hansen, on the disabled list since April with a nerve issue, has been diagnosed with Personage-Turner Syndrome. With the Pirates in the running for baseball's worst record, it seems unlikely they'd bring Hansen back this season unless he's 100 percent.
