Aug 01, 2009 - To make room for new shortstop Orlando Cabrera, the Twins optioned Buscher to Triple-A Rochester on Saturday. Minnesota acquired Cabrera from Oakland on Friday to shore up their middle infield and add a better hitter in the No. 2 spot in the batting order.
