Creepy Things You Cant Resist

MUD: It's a love-hate thing. Kids can't wait to get into it and parents can't wait for you to get out of it.

    Carlos Osorio, AP

FURY SPIDERS: Some people know this spider is fairly harmless, but don't tell that to those of us who are completely grossed out, like this girl.

    AP

STALACTITES AND STALAGMITES: A lot of people steer clear of dark caves. But inside caves, formations are often amazing and beautiful wonders. These odd formations are also protected because they take so long to form. Just the same, some cavers can't resist the desire to touch the droplets of water that form on their ends.

    John Miller, AP

SNAIL TENTACLES: The snail has both tentacles and slime, so in terms of the creepy factor, the snail is the hands down winner. But are you one of the many of us who can't resist touching those little tentacles to see them curl up?

EELS: As far as slime is concerned, the eel is possibly the slimiest of all. But clearly, some people have no problem with eel slime.

SNAKE SCALES: It goes without saying that snakes simply are too much for some people, but to others, touching their scaly bodies are a tempting sensation.

JELLYFISH: These guys are slow but can sneak up on you in the water and totally creep you out! But some people can't resist the temptation to touch those long tentacles.

    Kin Cheung, AP

HONEY FROM THE COMB: You would think these bees would scare anyone away, but the honey attracts all kinds of people, especially beekeepers!

BLOODSUCKERS: These worms gross some people out, but others have no problem picking them up. Yuck!

    Getty Images

CICADA EXOSKELETON SHELL: Little cicada shells appear on the ground and creep some people out, but when you get used to seeing them you can't resist picking them up. This cicada just got rid of his "skeleton suit".
