White as Snow

Brooke Elizabeth White was born and raised in Arizona. She started singing at age 15 and realized she had a great talent. She worked with producer/manager Tim Simms to develop her voice and he encouraged her to try out for 'American Idol.' Brooke easily made it to the top 24 and then went on to make it to the top 5. Brooke had great song choice throughout the competition and one of the memorable moments was when she stopped a song, apologized and started again. Brooke released an album called 'Songs from the Attic' in 2006 and it was re-released after her appearance on 'Idol.' Her next album, 'High Hopes & Heartbreak' will be released this July.
