Adam Lambert was born January 29, 1982. Growing up in California, Adam always had an interest in singing and did a lot of choir and theater throughout his school years. He went on to join the touring companies of popular shows like Hair, The Ten Commandments and Wicked. He went on to audition for 'American Idol' and was instantly one of the favorites. The judges love most of his performances although at times he was a bit theatrical for Simon. While many thought he should have won, he ended up as the runner-up for the 'Idol' title. After the show, Adam went on to do lots of appearances and started work on his album. It's due out in November. Check out Adam's music below.
