Push Play
Long Island Boys
The guys of Push Play all grew up in New York on the island. Nick DeTurris plays the bass. He met lead singer and guitarist CJ Baran first. Both were into skateboarding but then grew to share a love of music. From there they went on to meet Derek Reis and Steve Scarola. The four became a band and worked hard to build their reputation. The guys performed around NY and sold out Times Square's Nokia Theater even though they were still unsigned. Their music evolved and they made an effort to really communicate with their fans. They eventually signed with a label and recently released their new CD 'Found.' One of their Christmas songs can be bought from iTunes... listen to it below. The guys have hit the road and are touring including some dates with Emily Osment.
