Beatboxing Boy

Blake Colin Lewis was born in July 1981. He is an only child whose mother was a singer who played guitar. He taught himself how to beatbox when he was seventeen and was a member of an a cappella group after high school. Blake decided to try out for the sixth season of 'American Idol' and after many weeks of competition, he and Jordin Sparks were singing in the finals. Though he did not win the show, he gained a huge fan base and went on to do a digital album on iTunes. At the end of Dec 2007, Blake released his first studio CD called Audio Day Dream (A.D.D).
