Mayor SpongeBob?

After all his friends tell him to go away, SpongeBob runs away from Bikini Bottom and ends up taking nasty fall on his way. He loses his memory and ends up in New Kelp City. There he captures the rough street gang that ruled the city in one of his bubbles and floats them right out of town. The citizens are so happy the gang is gone that they declare SpongeBob as their mayor. Meanwhile, all his friends in Bikini Bottom miss SpongeBob and want him back. Will SpongeBob get his memory back? Will he want to leave New Kelp City now that he is a hero? The DVD also includes five other episodes and special features.
