ravenincollege: my face
ravenincollege: I take a new pix each time
KOLSteph: very cool
KOLSteph: So next week your new movie, 'College Road Trip', opens. Can you tell us a little about it?
ravenincollege: well its a great family movie, and a gr8 father daughter story....I loved doing it....
ravenincollege: and it's about a girl wanting to go to a college that her dad doesn't want her to go to
ravenincollege: and they go on a rd trip to visit them both, and they get n2 a lot of different stitches
KOLSteph: Martin Lawrence plays your dad in the movie, right?
ravenincollege: yea
KOLSteph: how was it working with him?
ravenincollege: great, he is a very funny person on and off camera, and a family man, so he treated me like I was his daughter, and asking me things because his daughters are still young, so I was like his gauge for what is in store for his 3 girls. lol
KOLSteph: Hopefully you gave him some good advice.
KOLSteph: can you related to the whole overprotective dad thing or is your dad pretty laid back?
ravenincollege: well, i told him that girls are the best, but we are very head strong, or at least I am, and my dad was strict on certain things, and other things he trusted me more than the father in this movie did
KOLSteph: what was your favorite road trip?
ravenincollege: I've driven across country 5 times, and they all were........interesting with a father, mother, brother, and a dog that weighs like 70 pounds... VERY interesting, but I would do them all again
KOLSteph: oh my- that's a lot of time in a car- hopefully you were all talking at the end of the trips
ravenincollege: yea, you def bond with times like that, and learn a lot about each other.... the brother and I......priceless
KOLSteph: LOL
KOLSteph: I can imagine
KOLSteph: in the movie your family doesn't have a pet dog, but a pig
KOLSteph: did he go on the road trip?
ravenincollege: yea the pig did, again very interesting , and the pig, is a very special co star....so demanding....j/k %-)
KOLSteph: those animal actors :)
KOLSteph: what was the best moment on the set?
ravenincollege: the best on set with pig?
ravenincollege: or people?
KOLSteph: with the cast
KOLSteph: seems like you had a great cast
ravenincollege: sky diving....... loved it!!!
ravenincollege: all the scenes were a dream to do, because of the cast, and the chemistry btwn every1 was greatKOLSteph: were you scared or had you done it before?
ravenincollege: um I've indoor sky dived but I didn't really do it in the movie. we were on a green screen.
KOLSteph: oh, so you really just jumped down to a mat?
ravenincollege: yea, like not even a foot away, the rest is camera tricks.... girl please....lol
KOLSteph: Your new single Double Dutch Bus is from the movie?
ravenincollege: yes, i sing it in the movie, and we decided to do it as something that people could listen to in this day and age.... don't get me wrong the original is my fav
KOLSteph: I loved the video. It seemed like one big dance party.
KOLSteph: is it fun to shoot your own music video?
ravenincollege: it was my choreographer, from 5-productions did it, and he is amazing, its always fun to shoot a video, because, its music and being able to just dance and sing is always a great release
KOLSteph: well it seemed like you guys were having a blast
