KOLSteph: Hey Keke- welcome to KOL! Thanks for taking the time to talk with us!
KeKePalmerMunked: Thank you, I'm super excited
KeKePalmerMunked: This is totally cool!
KOLSteph: We understand that you recently performed at the LA Launch Party for the Get Munked Tour.
KOLSteph: How was that?
KeKePalmerMunked: Wonderful! I really used all my energy ya know ?
KeKePalmerMunked: to get the kids excited .. I even jumped off the stage into the CROWD !!
KOLSteph: Did you crowd surf?
KeKePalmerMunked: i wishh : / lol still was totally extreme !
KOLSteph: What songs did you perform?
KeKePalmerMunked: I performed a like 30 mins show.
KeKePalmerMunked: the songs were ...
KeKePalmerMunked: Keep It Moving
KeKePalmerMunked: All my Girls, Jump in, Footworking, It's My Turn Now (just dancers), and Bottoms Up!
KOLSteph: Wow- so like a mini-concert
KeKePalmerMunked: Yesss it was like a mini-concert!
KOLSteph: A nice mix from lots of albums
KOLSteph: What was your favorite one?
KeKePalmerMunked: Bottoms Up !! because its such a hugh-energy song !!
KOLSteph: That's from your So Uncool CD, right?
KeKePalmerMunked: yes indeed [:
KeKePalmerMunked: The crazy thing is, is that I'm rapping in the verses! and singing in the chorus.
KeKePalmerMunked: It's pretty awesome.
KOLSteph: sounds it!
KOLSteph: I read that singing is your first love- do you like it better than acting?
KeKePalmerMunked: Well that's true. At the same time I have a good relationship both; I guess if I ever had to choose I'd pick acting.
KeKePalmerMunked: Only because I know it better in a business sense.. ya know?
KOLSteph: Got ya
KOLSteph: You did the movie Jump In with Corbin Bleu- what was it like to work with him?
KeKePalmerMunked: He's such a fun guy, he was great to work with!
KeKePalmerMunked: I can admit I was nervous for the kiss in the movie- it was my actual first kiss. At the same time I was like well, it doesn't count! So it was all good. :]
KOLSteph: Did you know double dutch before the movie?
KeKePalmerMunked: Sure just for fun, but never as an actual sport!
KeKePalmerMunked: I didn't know like that it was sooo complex, and had actual rules and tournaments. It was a great thing to be apart of.
KOLSteph: Was it hard to do all those tricks?
KeKePalmerMunked: Only the push-ups ! The backflips too. Because those things you actual have to have muscle for to learn so quick! I mastered the Push-ups , not so much the backflips.
KOLSteph: We hear that there is a Jump In 2 with you and Raven- is that true?
KeKePalmerMunked: Not that I've heard of, but hey! Who wants to do it?? i do :]]]
KeKePalmerMunked: Lol , she's amazing man .. I love that girl.
KOLSteph: Bummer- we thought there was going to be a sequel- oh well.
KOLSteph: A big screen movie you did was Akeelah and the Bee- what was it like to get such praise for your performance?
KeKePalmerMunked: I just was amazed, and very thankful.
KeKePalmerMunked: I am very blessed to have done that movie!
KOLSteph: Are you a good speller in real life?
KeKePalmerMunked: I'm ... uhh alright ...
KeKePalmerMunked: hahaha
KeKePalmerMunked: just kidding, I'm a quick study! so yea.
KOLSteph: Are you working on any more movies?
KeKePalmerMunked: Yes ma'am i am . I start working on one in June!
KeKePalmerMunked: Other than that, I'm working on my Album (So Uncool) and working on this with music. (Soundtracks,Tour Dates, etc.)
KOLSteph: Oh, so you are going to do a tour for your album?
KeKePalmerMunked: We're working on that !
KeKePalmerMunked: Hopefully . :]
KOLSteph: excellent- we will be on the lookout for dates!
KOLSteph: speaking of music- what do you like to listen to?
KeKePalmerMunked: R&B, Hip-Hop,Alternative, and Rock.
KOLSteph: any favorite artists?
KeKePalmerMunked: I'm really liking Sara Bareilles right now .. As well as Yael Naim.
KOLSteph: Sara is great.
KeKePalmerMunked: I know. She's been catching my eye lately.
KOLSteph: Ok, we like to do something called On the Spot where we give you items and you tell us your favorite. Sound good?
KeKePalmerMunked: sure
KOLSteph: OK, here we go- vanilla or chocolate?
KeKePalmerMunked: Vanilla!
KOLSteph: summer or winter?
KeKePalmerMunked: Summer
KOLSteph: online, video or board games?
KeKePalmerMunked: Video. Definitely.
KOLSteph: favorite video games?
KeKePalmerMunked: Mario Bros, Pac-Man, Tekken, Mortal Combat, and Wii Sports(and games).
KOLSteph: OK, French Fries or pizza?
KeKePalmerMunked: Ohhh man hard. uhh both .. :]
KOLSteph: city living or country living?
KeKePalmerMunked: Country.
KOLSteph: And last one- peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and marshmallow fluff?
KeKePalmerMunked: PB&J
