Hit the Floor

Each season on Dancing with the Stars, celebs from movies, TV, modeling, stage and sports are chosen to compete for master of the dance floor. Each is paired with a professional dancer and put through weeks of vigorous training (some call it torture). They learn different types of dance like the Tango, Quick Step, Jive, Waltz, etc. After each performance the judges- Len, Carrie Ann and Bruno- give their scores. That, combined with the fans calling in, determines who stays and who goes home. At the end of the competition there is just one couple left standing on the dance floor. Past winners include Drew Lachey, Emmitt Smith, Kristi Yamaguchi, Shawn Johnson, Brooke Burke and Apolo Anton Ohno.

Airs on ABC on Mondays at 8PM ET with results on Tuesdays 9PM ET
