Starting tonight, over 30 Disney Channel stars will compete in the 'Disney Friends for Change Games.'
Four teams of Disney stars from around the world will compete in a series of fun physical challenges to benefit specific charities and Friends for Change community projects. The games are hosted by Tiffany Thornton from 'So Random' and Jason Earles from 'Kickin' It.'
The teams are competing on behalf of Fauna and Flora International (Green Team), World Wildlife Fund (Red Team), Ocean Conservancy (Blue Team) and UNICEF (Yellow Team). Disney will be donating $125,000 to each charity and the winning team's charity will get an additional $100,000.
YOU can take part in the 'Disney Friends for Change Games' too by visiting the Project Green website and playing online versions of the challenges that took place during 'Disney Friends for Change Games.' Earn as many points as you can and then donate them to your favorite teams.

Blue Team
Captain: Debby Ryan, Allisyn Ashley Arm, Olavo Cavalheiro (Disney Channel Brazil), Hutch Dano, Roshon Fegan, Doc Shaw, Stefanie Scott and Jake Short.
Green Team
Captain: Brandon Mychal Smith, Valeria Baroni (Disney Channel Argentina), Paula Dalli (Disney Channel Spain), Adam Hicks, David Henrie, Sterling Knight, Ryan Ochoa, Eve Ottino (Disney Channel France) and Bella Thorne.
Yellow Team
Captain: Bridgit Mendler, Jorge Blanco (Disney Channel Mexico), Valentina Colombo (Disney Channel Italy), Adam Irigoyen, China Anne McClain, Sierra McCormick, Logan Miller and Gregg Sulkin.
Red Team
Captain: Mitchel Musso, Jake T. Austin, Doug Brochu, Kelsey Chow, Davis Cleveland, Dean Delannoit (Disney Channel Holland and Belgium), Carlon Jeffrey, and Zendaya.
The 'Disney Friends for Change Games' challenges are comprised of the four areas of environmental conservation: saving water, preventing waste, saving energy, and protecting our habitats.
High Energy Dance Battle:
Teams perform a freestyle dance routine on an energy generating dance floor.
Wash Out:
Players will race against time in a multi-stage relay race taking laundry to the extreme through a series of sorting, washing and hang drying. Some of the clothes in the giant laundry pile were recycled from Disney Channel and Disney XD series.
The Recycler:
Players on stationary bicycles power a high-speed conveyor belt loaded with recycled items.
The Ultimate Course for Change:
Players tackle a challenging multi-part course that incorporates all of the Friends for Change green themes.
Starting TONIGHT you can see the 'Friends for Change Games' on Disney Channel and Disney XD will present special episodes Monday nights beginning JUNE 27.
