'We Can Change the World' is the inspiring new pop/rock anthem for Disney's Friends for Change program.
The song is performed and co-written by 'Lemonade Mouth' and 'Good Luck Charlie' star, Bridgit Mendler. Disney's Friends for Change program raises money for conservation projects around the world.
'We Can Change the World' is the third Friends for Change anthem. The first anthem was 'Send It On,' performed by Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez and 'Make a Wave,' sung by Demi and Joe Jonas, was the second. These songs have helped raise more than $800,000 for the cause.
The new tune is a great reminder that small changes add up to big differences.
