Nickelodeon is celebrating the 10th anniversary of 'The Fairly OddParents' with a live-action/animated TV movie called 'A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!'
In the movie Timmy Turner, played by Drake Bell from 'Drake & Josh,' is 23 years old and refuses to grow up so he can keep his fairy godparents. Also starring in the movie is Daniella Monet from 'Victorious.'
